Financial Value of Past Work: The bidder must have successfully completed a single work that is at least 35% of the advertised value of the current tender. This experience must fall within the last three Financial Years (FYs) and the current Financial Year up to the date of tender opening.
Nature of Work (SSS): The candidate must have completed a Similar Single Service (SSS). This means the previous work must be technically comparable to the “RRR” (Railway Relevant Requirement) specified by the authority.
Definition of Completion: A project is considered “Satisfactorily Completed” only if the final bills have been paid. Ongoing work where payment is pending may not qualify under this specific clause.
Accepted Clients: * Experience certificates from Private Individuals are strictly not accepted.
- Experience from Public Listed Companies, Private Ltd Companies, or Trusts is valid only if those entities have an annual turnover of ₹500 Crores or more.
